Objectives:

Political Action Committee GCPACDFW – (Facilitate PAC)

  • Provide a platform for campaign and finance to empower American Muslim citizens and Muslim community interest in DFW

  • Identify capable leaders and facilitate to create future leaders in the American Muslim communities to encourage them participate and contribute proactively in the political process

  • Seek ways and means to empower American Muslim citizens in DFW to participate in the mainstream political process and promote their interest that are based on shared values and common interest in DFW.

  • Create awareness, provide guidance and advocate on issues and choices in regards to elections, government officials and public policies that are of best interest for local American Muslims

Civil Right & Social Justice – (Advocacy)

  • Promote and support activities  of civil right towards our fellow-beings in conjunction with contributing organizations

  • Create awareness on issues of social justice and empower the local Muslims to participate in this cause

  • Forge alliance with other communities through existing networks in issues of social justice that impact American Muslim citizens and are matter of common cause

  • Support and seek all legitimate legal recourse to empower American Muslim citizens to preserve their dignity and rights

Civic Outreach & Duties – (Empowerment)

  • Facilitate training to create capable leaders in the Muslim communities to help them understand, participate and contribute proactively their civic duties

  • Create awareness, provide guidance and advocate on issues and choices in regards to elections, government officials and public policies that is in best interest for local Muslims

  • Promote CAIR Ambassador program

Interfaith Initiative & Diversity – (Mutual Understanding)  

  • Build bridges with other religious communities to foster mutual understanding for peace and harmony through building local inter-faith groups or chapters

  • Awareness of diversity and getting to know your diverse neighbors

  • Linking up with appropriate network and their leaders

Social Services – (Goodness to humanity)

  • Seek ways and opportunities of goodness  by serving humanity and making positive changes in peoples live [Centrally based - Social Services like Beacon of Hope]

  • Create awareness of neighborly needs and their well-being

  • Good Citizens must be a contributor to a local social service

  • Volunteering program

Promote Integrity and Transparency – (Community watch)  

  • Promote awareness on how efficiently the local Islamic (religious) are running their organizations to provide service to their communities

  • Awareness on diversity and openness how well they are addressing growing needs and addressing the challenges of the community

  • Measuring attitudes and contribution level on internal culture, civic duties and social aspects

  • Measuring efficacy of administrational, functional and bookkeeping aspects at par federal and state laws and regulations
